Thursdays at 12:00pm

Students are taken through breath awareness into a light vinyasa flow class to prep the body for meditation at the end of the class. Get the body moving to strengthen and stretch which then preps the body and mind for more breathwork and guided meditation to help increase vitality, awareness, reduce stress and even help sleep. These modalities can help bring the body and mind into cohesive balance.

Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness party. Dance your way through a fun and energetic workout! Whether you are new to Zumba or just love to dance.
