GROUP CLASSES

FLOW YOGA - Mondays 12:00pm-12:45pm

Strengthen, balance, and stretch your body and mind in this all-levels yoga class. Traditional yoga poses strung together with strengthening movements and mindful breathing to increase your balance, stretch your muscles, and relax your mind.

POWER RIDE - Tuesdays 12:00pm-12:45pm

Designed with the serious rider in mind, your instructor will coach you through various time-based intervals and drills utilizing RPM, Speed, and Power outputs to push you to achieve maximal performance and keep you coming back each week to improve!

K-PERFORM - Tuesdays 5:00pm - 5:45pm

Utilizing different pieces of cardio equipment, our trainers will vary the intensity, inclines and speeds.  These classes are designed around heart rate training to condition the heart for endurance. Through out the class individuals will be challenged to achieve goals. Be prepared to sweat!!!

YIN YOGA - Wednesdays 12:00pm - 12:45pm 

Stretch and relax in this all-levels yoga class. Reduce stress and tension in the body and mind with systematic relaxation and mindful breathing, without the extra movement. This class goes beyond the hustle and the muscle, getting to the body's healing abilities to nourish the connective tissue and relax stress responses.

30/60/90 - Thursdays 12:00pm - 12:45pm 

This class will combine high-intensity, low-volume training with low-intensity, high volume training using variations of 30, 60, and 90 second intervals. Promoting specific combinations of volume and intensity, this planned integrated training program will lead to superior physical, physiological, and performance improvements. 30/60/90 is designed to produce long-term, consistent results and prevent overtraining and injury through appropriate training variation!
