Wednesdays at 12:00pm
Pilates mat strengthens your core (trunk) using your own body weight on the floor. We focus on breath, lengthening and strengthening exercises to bring alignment to the body. Mat work can be modified for any body as it helps to increase mental focus, body health and balance overall while facilitating improvement in breathing.
All levels are welcome!
PILATES

Thursdays at 12:00pm
Students are taken through breath awareness into a light vinyasa flow. Get the body moving to strengthen and stretch which then preps the body and mind for more breathwork to help increase vitality, awareness, reduce stress and even help sleep. These modalities can help bring the body and mind into cohesive balance.
All levels are welcome!
