Cardio Shred: Monday, April 4th 7:30AM-8:00AM

The vault area of the gym is home to all our cardio equipment and free weights. Learn how to effectively combine equipment for an effective cardio and resistance training circuit.

Functional Fun: Tuesday, April 12th 4:30PM-5:00PM

Our turf area of the gym is filled with ways to get a complete functional workout. Learn and make use of all the equipment the turf has to offer!

Turf Toys: Wednesday, April 20th 7:30AM-8:00AM

Haven't tried our turf equipment? Learn about the fun "toys" we have on our turf while getting a full body, high intensity workout. From tire flips to box jumps, you will be sweating and burning calories in minutes!

Rocks and Ropes: Thursday, April 28th 12:00PM-12:30PM

Want to use the TRX and kettlebells but not sure where to start? Learn proper form with a full body workout using our "rocks" and "ropes" of the gym!
